Role Summary:
Principal responsibilities include transport arrangement with managing domestic Saudi and export-import in-and outbound shipping processes, documentation of the Saudi repair shop and GRS MEA. Logistics Coordinator responsible for carrier and transport mode selection, providing logistics support to PGS representatives (CFL) as well as GEMTEC Repair Centers. Export-import transactions must be recorded and documentation archived. This role reports to the MEA Logistics Operations Leader.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Comply with all Saudi export controls and regulatory requirements and fulfill documentary requirements of the importing country,
- Provide accurate shipping invoices and related export / import documents to all customers, shipping agents and other related parties,
- Coordinate and record material movements and provide proper custody and control until delivery terms have been fulfilled,
- Comply with established financial guidelines and provide for the timely execution of all transactions,
- Resolve post shipment inquiries and claims.
- Control and improve data accuracy of logistics tracking system,
- Further tasks not involved in this Job Description that the immediate leader/manager assigns with verbally or in writing.

Education: - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
Language: - Arabic, English

- At least 2-year experience in international logistics or related field,

Technical skills:
- Strong knowledge of Saudi and regional export and import regulations,
- Good understanding of foreign customs and import requirements,
- In depth knowledge of IC incoterms 2000/2010,

Soft skills,
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
- Ability to perform under pressure in an environment of high volume transactions,
- Ability to plan, assign priorities and solve problems.

Desired Characteristics:
- Strong knowledge of Saudi temporary import procedures,
- Knowledge of various software applications (Oracle OTM, MS Access & Excel…etc.),
- Green Belt certified (GE EEs only).
