Role Summary:
The Sr. Technical Project Manager will ensures the successful, end-to-end delivery of new business capabilities while being able to communicate to an executive level
the desired outcomes, program updates, and processes for GEH Services Function. In this role, you will be responsible for driving program execution and utilizing your expertise to solve problems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop and execute objectives for self and others.

Essential Responsibilities:
In this role, you will directly affect both short-term and long-term business goals.

As the Senior Technical Project Manager, you will:

  • Be responsible for operational excellence of assigned program(s) and product(s) with duties including project reviews, feasibility, cost benefit analysis, prioritization, initiation, execution and closure for all project work related to the program/product
  • Manage budgets and contracts associated with all assigned programs and operations
  • Manage activities of project team resources to support and deliver solutions relating to the program(s)/product(s)
  • Be accountable as a solution delivery expert for the design, implementation, and support planning of Services Digital Thread programs and products
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with peers, leaders, and vendors to seamlessly integrate the program area into the overall strategic objectives and activities of the organization
  • Lead program and/or product support activities, including the development of internal and external communications, establishing roadmaps and benchmarks, and developing training plans
  • Manage multiple projects at the same time, ensuring deadlines are met while driving best practices
  • Lead the analysis, requirement development, design, documentation, implementation and maintenance of medium to large IT solutions for business processes and product development
  • Work as a business partner with customers, client leaders, and users to evaluate / improve business processes and arrive at mutual, cost effective solutions
  • Ensure conformance to system architecture, standards and practices
  • Prepare and present project plans, status reports, cost / benefit studies and recommend funding and resources
  • Act as a change agent for business processes and champion simplicity and FastWorks thinking
  • Keep up to date with enabling technologies and work as a partner to promote their use
  • Coordinate outsourced supplier efforts as required













Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science or Engineering from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 4 years of work experience with current information technologies and their implementation into the business function
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in industrial business
