Role Summary:
The Change and Transformation Leader role provides direct visibility to the full GE Power Leadership on the organizational transformation through PowerMax. Leverages deep technology, process and domain expertise to drive execution across multiple interdependent projects within the PowerMAx SAP program; ensures organizational change readiness, global processes are adopted.

Essential Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Engage with senior business leaders to define the OCM strategy, methodology, standards and determine metrics to measure business readiness, skills assessment and program risk.
  • Engage with regional leadership teams, site leads and process excellence teams and implement the OCM strategy.
  • Collaborate with site OCM change agents and network to ensure methodology and process is followed through the program execution Lifecyle.
  • Perform impact assessments to determine alignment with the global ERP template and develop a site specific OCM plan.
  • Perform people and skill assessment with industry best practices and global template and make recommendations.
  • Develop ERP business plan by engaging with regional business teams; lead project assessment phases and alignment to the PowerMax deployment schedule.
  • Measure ERP adoption by tracking OCM KPI’s.
  • Facilitate cross functional leadership meetings and provide status on business readiness, impact and risk.




Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or Engineering or 4 years of IT technical experience
  • Minimum 8 years of IT professional experience preferably in SAP ERP
  • Minimum 5 years of business operations or finance experience

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job
  • Ability and willingness to travel, as required
  • Must be willing to work out of an office located in Atlanta

  • Proven experience using project management methodologies to deliver business value and drive

  • Experience managing budgets including budget, spend, and liquidations
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of various project and portfolio management methodologies with track record of implementing shared standards for large organizations
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to influence outcomes, lead manage and organize teams to attain shared goals
  • Excellent influencing, interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal) with all levels of an organization
  • Self-starter - requires minimal direction to accomplish goals
  • Strong track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies demonstrated through training, job experience and / or industry activities
  • Strong team player – collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources
  • Experience working with others on a global basis
  • Applies knowledge to coach and mentor others
  • Demonstrated customer focus – evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer, builds strong customer relationships, creates processes with customer viewpoint and partners with customers to help shape their future initiatives
  • Strong analytical and strong problem solving skills -communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information / data to make decisions, anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve, creates actionable strategies and operational plans
  • Change oriented – actively generates process improvements, champions and drives change initiatives, confronts difficult circumstances in creative ways, balances multiple and competing priorities and executes accordingly
