The Asset Recovery Logistics Process Leader will be responsible for building setting and driving the region strategy to increase asset recovery. This is a key leadership role resonsible to develop reverse logistics improved process and measurment systems for IB, SFDC and asset recovery caputre rates. This role will work closely with the commerical leader role to unsure there is a fast simple process to buy and move returned assets back to GEHC reprocessing centers. Building infrustructure, developing processes, tools and relationships to identify and recover GEHC assets from the APAC installed base will be key mechanism to achieve our strategy. This is a new role and will require an innovative thinker with the ability to work cross-functionally and globally.

Pre-owned equipment & parts sales is a $2B business globally with growth rates of 5%/year. GEHC is investing in significant growth in this market segment. Business growth is dependent on recovering supply from our Installed base customer sockets.

Additional responsiblities include:

Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions Include:
• Develop a prioritized strategy across the entire APAC region for asset returns constent with business pre-owned parts and system sales worldwide.
• Grow harvest system recovery through sales deals with trade-in’s, Improve process.
• Interface with Global Parts and Repair Solutions (GPRS) Material Productivity team to understand equipment needed for harvest programs.
• Lead, grow & strengthen the direct buy process working with cross functional field teams and HQ teams including, but not limited to sales, service, sourcing, commercial operations, finance, HR, sourcing & GPRS.
• Promote communicate and gain shared buy-in across sales & service using CAP.
• Build strong service & PM field team relationships through the buying process working with hospitals, clinics, third parties, distributors to enable more asset recovery.
• Manage reverse logistics for acquired assets where necessary, including payments, on-site testing/de-installation/packaging, transportation, inter-pole shipments, etc.
• Develop tools to track and report asset recovery efforts for each specific country, establishing operating mechanisms, reporting and process improvement.

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelors degree plus minumum of 4 years in project leader, sales or service related roles.
• Minimum of 2 years working in a matrics cross functional environment.
• Experience working with commercial teams leading initiatives
• Experience with the CAP process to communicate and drive change
• Experience leading teams either as direct reports or through program management
• Ability to work effectively across functions to deliver results and execute multiple commitments within the Global Environment
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and Powerpoint
• Experience successfully designing and implementing a new program from beginning
• Multitasking abilities to drive critical issues simultaneously
• Resourcefulness, commitment, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Strong English & Japanees language skills

Desired Characteristics:
• Commercial/modality team experience with developing and implementing sales promotions
• Sourcing, distribution and logistics experience
• Experience in working with Installed Base team and/or service; product knowledge
• Experience working across regions/cultures and internal/external stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to drive and manage change initiatives in a global environment
• Experience interfacting and presenting to senior leadership
