Role Summary:
Responsible for creating and winning sales opportunities for their products/solutions/services in an assigned territory, and/or in a list of named accounts individually or as part of a One GE Healthcare team. Act as the clinical/technical expert to establish and continuously develop the relationship with departmental and technical decision makers in their assigned accounts and where applicable work in conjunction with Account Executives and Managers to gain access to C-Suite decision makers.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Deep & good knowledge of women’s breast medical device market (Ultrasound, Mammo & others)
- Wide procedure understanding of breast cancer & dense breast risk especially oriental women
- Strong drive & coach channel partner for sales into Academic radiology department, mid-size hospitals, Health-check centers & local breast surgeon clinics
- Prepare and co-ordinate the tender response and validate the tender documentation in collaboration with channel partner
- Maximize sales orders, margin, market share, customer satisfaction of ultrasound products and business solutions in Korea with focused demonstration strategy
- Develop long term customer relationships, and high customer satisfaction whilst utilizing to optimum level resources in the team and GE businesses.
- Track market effectively and provide accurate current and forecasts data using information tools available.
- Communicate effectively with members of sales/marketing/service team to maximize all sales potential and communicates leads to relevant colleagues.
- Ensures knowledge of and compliance with Company policies and quality processes with channel partner
- Drive healthy conflict control between GE and channel partner.
- Customer coverage area: All Korea

Qualifications/Requirements:
1. Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred in related business or technical/clinical field
2. More five years of sales or Marketing skills
3. Strong presentation skills (public speaking and lecture experience desired)
4. Marketing or clinica experience in large hospital/university & breast surgeon setting preferred
5. Demonstrated ability to understand and present complex material in understandable terms
6. Demonstrated interpersonal & communication skills (ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, to external customers, global counterparts and to team members in other functional organizations)
7. Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve
8. Team oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset
9. Ability to multi-task effectively and manage multiple priorities at one time
10. Willingness to be flexible/adapt to changing work environments
11. Current GE culture experience desired
