Essential Responsibilities: Drive inorganic LCS revenue growth and product penetration improvement upon those selective purchasing projects across those selected new building pipeline and other inorganic project in the assigned territories, proactively seek winning collaboration with other HCS modality portfolio and build up broader level of outcome solution selling.
Qualifications/Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Science, Marketing or equivalent; • 8+ years’ experience, 5+ years of marketing experience and 3+ years of successful direct sales experience. • High energy works proactively and demonstrates flexibility in approach to changing work priorities. • Team oriented – ability work well with diverse, cross-functional teams • Ability to influence and make recommendations at all levels of the company • Excellent oral and written communications skills in English • Strong direct sales and channel management skills
Desired Characteristics: • Master or MBA preferred • Anesthesia equipment and monitor related marketing experience preferred • Working experience for global role preferred
