Role Summary:
The Sr. Partner Account Manager will execute third party distribution strategies and plans. This Partner Account Manager develops comprehensive business planning for channel partners and architects prospecting and recruitment campaigns to attract and build a partner ecosystem. This role builds Strategic GTM plans by partner, directing overall partner relationships to maximize GE channel investments.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Reseller/agent and Solution Partner recruitment/onboarding
  • Development of Strategic Account Plan and Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Coaching and implementing sales training
  • Implement reseller/agent models
  • Report out monthly to Executive stakeholders on channel development strategies and execution
  • Collaborate with marketing/operations leadership to manage channel partner program activities
  • Collaborate with Channel marketing and Operations leader team to enable the channel team in
    recruiting and on-boarding campaigns
  • Manage their weekly funnel and forecasting for each partner in SFDC.
  • Work with Product Marketing Leadership to ensure channel partners have available and necessary tools, training, and resources for all new product releases and upgrades
  • Input GE’s operating plan as required – S1 and S2

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or 4 years of equivalent professional working experience
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in strategic sales, business development, and operations with strong channel knowledge
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the software and hardware industry

    Eligibility Requirements

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job
  • 50% travel

  • Master's degree from an accredited institution; MBA preferred
  • Ability to perform data analysis and go to market, market development plans
  • Understand GE Digital and GE Aviation products and services
  • Team player with the ability to work in a cross-functional environment
  • Strong analytical skills coupled with a solid strategy background
  • Multiple-language proficiency desired
  • Understanding of global markets
  • Strong oral and written and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Strategy or management consulting background desired
