Role Summary: The Lead Program Integrator(LPI) is an Integrator across various operating functions (Manufacturing, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Sales and Service). He/she manages the programs which cut across products in the MIC portfolio including product enhancements, Value engineering, Regulatory, transfers and product refresh. The LPI ensures that the projects are planned and executed in appropriate and timely manner.
Essential Responsibilities: The selected person will be responsible for delivering projects which sustains or improves the Quality of State of the post market Maternal Infant Care products designed or manufactured by GE Healthcare. Duties include (but are not limited to):
1.Drives effective communication across businesses and functions. 2. Owns Project Scoping, Planning and Execution. 3. Owns the Cross-functional project execution leadership. 4. Works with the Business Team and Program team to deliver quality output on time 5. Drives the VCP culture within the team and deliver multiple VCP projects for the products to reduce ICV 6. Owns regulatory requirement projects (Ex: RoHS, UDI, Country Registrations, Labeling requirements) and deliver results on time. 7. Works on business and safety reaclls across product portfolio to ensure effective deployment. 8. Provide road map and drive flawless implementation of design changes with suppliers and manufacturing facilities 9. Support the team with customer, supplier, manufacturing, sales, service needs and satisfaction.
Quality Specific Goals:
1. Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position 2. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines 3. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required 4. Ensure compliance/closure of Regulatory and Quality requirements before committing Program deliverables. 5. Lead continuous improvement activities by driving the implementation of process and product quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications/Requirements: - BS Degree in Computer Science, Mechanical, Electrical or Biomedical Engineering or equivalent (defined as a High School Diploma/GED and 4 years relevant work experience) - At least 5yrs of experience in project leadership and 10+ years of overall experience within a manufacturing, development or research environment. - Demonstrated execution at meeting project goals while satisfying quality, performance, schedule, and budget CTQs. - Demonstrated experience driving variable cost productivity (VCP) and Inventory Carrying Value (ICV) reduction to enable optimized product margins. - Demonstrated engineering knowledge, program management, and business planning processes, having experience with the full product life-cycle. - Familiarity with ISO, FDA and other regulatory standards. - Creative problem solver and solution developer when presented with conflicting requirements, business demands - Demonstrated skills in proactively identifying, facilitating and driving closure of programs
Desired Characteristics: 1. Strong written and verbal communication skills 2. Experience with conflict resolution 3. Experience with entire NPI cycle of GEHC products 4. Familiarity with 510(k) submission process 5. PMP certification and/or a PG/ diploma in management. 6. Demonstrated applied 6 Sigma competency 7. Knowledge of GE Healthcare engineering tools and processes (Agile PLM, EQPM, ePDM) 8. Attention to detail and ability work with global cross-functional teams toward timely completion of a variety of assignments 9. Ability to develop unique concepts/solutions for complex products and programs
