Role Summary: HR support for client group Leaders, Managers and Employees on organizational and employee matters, as well as coaching, HR process expertise and other general HR activities. Individuals in this category act as the HR Manager of record for a client group. Seasoned expertise within a field comprising of different approaches, methodologies, techniques and processes.
A first point of contact for employees & managers who provides leadership, coaching and support for individual employee needs & HR processes.
Provides advice and guidance to functional management or business functions on approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affecting business organization and ways of working.
Communication with direct colleagues and the business about approach and methods for solving complex problems.
Has a leading role in the design and implementation of projects.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and additional years of experience in Employee Human Resource Management.
Fluent Finnish and English skills required, as well basic knowledge of Finnish employment legislation. Knowledge of Technology Industry collective agreements is an asset.
Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
