Role Summary: The EMEA ECO Product Line Leader role will report directly to the Director of Services Growth, EMEA and be responsible for working cross-functionally to drive broad-business objectives.
Essential Responsibilities: Specifically, the individual will, in conjunction with the team, develop business cases, advocate for NPI programs, and investigate new opportunities to improve GEs competitive position in the EMEA region. This role is expected to coordinate with multiple organizations, such as Engineering, Sourcing, Services, and FRO, to help achieve long term strategic objectives. While this role is intended to focus primarily on the ECO fleet, the scope will also at times extend to the broader GE fleet.
Engineering Degree or Equivalent Experience
Strong overall work experience, with significant Wind experience
Strong commercial background with Service know-how
EU Work Permit

Combination of technical & business degrees (e.g. Engineering + MBA)
Demonstrated experience with ECO fleet
Demonstrated ability to lead in highly matrixed environment
Ability to translate strategic direction into tactical deliverables
Strong problem solving and logical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, thrives on collaboration
Passionate about driving change/influence across cross functions
Six Sigma training or quality training
Strong business analysis, problem solving, and strategy development skills
Ability to interact at all levels of the organization and with other GE businesses
