Role Summary:
This role actively supports sales of a subset of the GE Healthcare portfolio as the clinical/technical expert and focus on selling GE Computed Tomography imaging products and solutions to drive growth in ASEAN. You are expected to be able to differentiate GE’s product offerings, convey compelling value propositions, qualify identified opportunities, develop and present solutions proposals, and respond to customers’ clinical/technical questions. and be liable to support sales to meet quota.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Maximize Sales, Orders, Margin, Market share, Customer satisfaction for the MI modality and business solutions in ASEAN by leading and supporting sales and product sales specialists of MI product portfolio.
• Formulate and implement solid marketing strategies and business directions to secure market share and profitable business growth.
• Develop good long term customer relationships, KOL/Advocates, Show site management and customer satisfaction and drive growth of the GE MI business.
• Create business plan for assigned accounts including opportunity development, competitive strategies and installed base targets.
• Organize product demonstrations, sites visits and follow up.
• Provide support to account sales team on strategy and product offerings.
• Lead and prepare the quote tender response and validate the tender documentation in collaboration with territory sales manager.
• Track market and provide accurate current and forecasts data using information tools available.
• Communicate market information effectively to/from the field including competitor data.
• Communicate effectively with members of sales/marketing/service team to maximize all sales potential and communicates leads to relevant colleagues.
• Work with ASEAN Sales, Channel Partners and Product Specialist teams as well as ASEAN MICT Product Marketer to formulate marketing strategy drive market share and meet business targets.
• Ability to communicate merits of product capabilities effectively
• Generates, records, and maintains customer profiles, including key decision makers.
• Ensures knowledge of and compliance with Company policies and quality processes

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 4-5 years in MI technical or clinical background with strong MI knowledge.
• Strong track record in sales experience of Molecular Imaging or Oncology equipment would be added advantage
• Strong presentation skills, both internal and especially external with our customers
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.
• Excellent Interpersonal skills and working as part of a team. Open to learn and share ideas with team.
• Knowledge of regional market place and dynamics.
• Fluent and proficient in written and spoken English. Additional languages are an advantage.
• Business acumen and some financial knowledge.
• Willingness and ability to travel significantly within ASEAN countries.

Quality Specific Goals:

• Ownership of order and configuration quality at the point of entry to ensure accuracy, configuration integrity and that all requirements are tied to documented customer inputs.
• Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System.
• Knowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies and operates within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken.
• Knowledge and understanding of all related Environmental Health Policies and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken
• Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Management System, Policy, Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job position.
