Role Summary:
Provide clinical support during the sales process within ASEAN countries for Molecular Imaging (MI). Provide the required pre-sale product demonstrations, customer presentations and clinical education as well as post-sale clinical validation, adoption and utilization to support business objectives for ASEAN. Main focus is on demonstrating the clinical effectiveness, utilization, adoption and providing of evidence that supports MI portfolio, KOL/Advocates/Show-sites identification and management.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Provide technology and clinical leadership during the sales process by demonstrating full range of product features including potential uses, product capabilities and benefits to customers as needed
• Drive utilization and adoption program to improve customer satisfaction, maintain customer relationships and develop advocacies.
• In partnership with product specialists, regional product managers and marketing, execute portfolio specific strategies to increase GE MI market share
• Ability to communicate merits of product capabilities effectively
• Improve customer satisfaction and installed base retention through supporting the continuing education and optimization of equipment utilized by GE customers
• Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration and promotion as well as customer training
• Manage database of clinical images for presentation and tender submission.
• Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing “clinical” sales, marketing and customer service strategies
• Understand and demonstrate clinical differentiation between GE MI offering versus competition
• Support and provide value propositions, cost effectiveness studies, economic value selling tools and other non-technical sales materials.
• Be an expert with GE MI and workstation post processing platforms and clinical quantification protocols.
• Identification of show and reference sites, KOLs and GE MI advocates, working closely with regional product managers and marketing in show/reference sites management, and KOL/Advocates management and development.
• Support Service Commercial in upgrade sales.

• Knowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare HIPPA Guidelines, NEMA Regulations, etc.) and operates within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken.
• Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies, GE Healthcare Fleet Rules, etc.) and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken
• Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
• Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
• Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
• Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
1. Required active professional clinical/technical certifications/registries necessary to scan live patients in a clinical setting
2. Demonstrated current basic clinical scanning proficiencies on current products/platforms
3. At least one of the following core experiences: Minimum of 5 years clinical/ technical experience following certification with demonstrated clinical/technical skill in specific areas or at least 3 years commercial applications/modality experience with demonstrated successes in high level customer interactions and sales scenarios
4. Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products
5. Willingness to travel extensively within your specified geographic region as well as to nationwide sales meetings and tradeshows
6. To the extent you are applying for a position that requires you to operate a GE owned/leased, privately owned/leased or rental vehicle for company business, you must be willing to submit to a check of your driving record
7. Ability to communicate effectively using local language
