Role Summary:
This individual works on projects related to a particular function depending on their prior coursework and degree program.

Essential Responsibilities:
The logistics intern works on warehousing and transportation projects and able to adapt and implement the theoretical studies in practice in professional business environment.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Support the daily work of Process Integration and Projects Leader, and Process Leader on Europe Level, and support the daily work of Logistics Leader in Eastern Europe
  • Participate on logistics meetings on Europe level
  • Responsible for the following up on the already implemented logistics processes, and KPI’s
  • Managing the daily import custom clearance with the contracted custom broker companies
  • Develops PowerPoint presentations and other graphic presentations to communicate progress, share best practices, or to provide updates.
  • May be asked to analyze logistics data with MS Excel or various other analysis tools
  • May be asked to organize conference calls between business leaders, and summarize meeting minutes
  • Performing assignments where trust and accuracy are required


Desired Characteristics:

  • Current enrollment in a degree program that will lead to a bachelors or equivalent degree in the function of logistics, warehousing, transportation in which the intern will work
  • Fluent in English in verbal and written
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, MS Excel and Outlook
  • Availability in 32-40 hours per week in flexible schedule
  • Effective time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities
  • Self-Starter, proactive, able to work independently with minimal direction
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working within a globally diverse team across different time zones.
