Role Summary: The Business Development Associate plays a key role in the continued inorganic growth of GE Healthcare.
Essential Responsibilities: • Provide business development support across all business segments within GEHC • Work closely with the business unit and BD staff to support a wide range of business development activities, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, equity investments and joint ventures • Perform market analysis, target research and support due diligence efforts, • Assist in gap analysis and strategy development for current GE Healthcare portfolio, including the execution of tactical steps to best position segment for accelerated growth • Conduct financial modeling to support the evaluation of various business development opportunities • Coordinate key group operating mechanisms and metrics (e.g. pipeline tracking and regular operating reviews)

Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or a technical field, and a minimum of two years of experience in the areas of business development, financial planning & analysis, strategic marketing and planning or similar quantitative business experience •Demonstrated experience analyzing and negotiating business transactions including modeling and financial analysis • Experience and demonstrated aptitude managing and prioritizing multiple projects and initiatives • Strong working knowledge of English language (oral and written) • Integrity: Accepting and adhering to high ethical, moral, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions, and when dealing with others
