Role Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for proactive maintenance of GE systems to improve your customers’ productivity and increase the reliability of their systems. You will be responsible for developing Proactive Maintenance Plans for your customers. The areas for proactive maintenance cover but are not excluded to applications, network, security, workstations, storage, data centers. You will be part of a strong Nordic Healthcare Digital team.
Maintain all proactive models specific to a modality in the assigned area.
Perform total system level trouble-shooting on complex multi-symptom problems.
Configure/provide input for configuring the proactive monitoring tools.
Co-operate closely with Europe and Nordic help desk and other Healthcare Digital experts.
Proactive case handling raised by the European Monitoring team.
Responsible for Warranty and PMS contract cost control.
Responsible to complete all administration tasks on time.
Play a leading role in complex and multi-functional rooms.
Share best practices.
Follow GE’s quality systems and programs compliant with ISO 9001 standard, according to the GE Service Quality Policy Statement.
Relevant working experience in IT service.
Knowledge of common software like Windows server environment, MS SQL, network standards, replicated and clustered environments.
Fluency in English and Swedish.
Valid driving license.
Relevant experience in proactive maintenance.
Relevant Bachelor or Master’s degree.
Understanding the basics of HL7 and DICOM standards.
