Role Summary: The Interventional Product Sales Specialist represents a subset of the GE Healthcare DGS portfolio and will focus on selling GE Interventional products to drive growth in Indonesia. The Product Sales Specialist may work individually at an account, and as part of the GE Healthcare team. The Interventional Sales Specialist is responsible for supporting sales of Interventional products, solutions and services and carries a quota.
Essential Responsibilities: • Maximize Sales, Orders, Margin, Market share, Customer satisfaction for the Interventional modality and business solutions in Indonesia by leading and supporting sales of Interventional product portfolio. • Develop good long term customer relationships, and customer satisfaction and drive growth of the GE Interventional business. • Create business plan for assigned accounts including opportunity development, competitive strategies and installed base targets. • Organize product demonstrations, site visits and follow up. • Provide support to account sales team on strategy and product offerings. • Lead and prepare the quote tender response and validate the tender documentation in collaboration with territory sales manager. • Track market and provide accurate current and forecasts data using information tools available. • Communicate market information effectively to/from the field including competitor data. • Communicate effectively with members of sales/marketing/service team to maximize all sales potential and communicates leads to relevant colleagues. • Work with Malaysia, Singapore and Emerging Countries’ Sales, Channel Partners and Product Specialist teams as well as ASEAN DGS Product Marketer and ASEAN Product Leader to formulate marketing strategy drive market share, growth. • Ability to communicate merits of product capabilities effectively • Generates, records, and maintains customer profiles, including key decision makers. • Ensures knowledge of and compliance with Company policies and quality processes
Qualifications/Requirements: • Interventional technical or clinical experience and strong PCI, IR and IO clinical knowledge. • 3-4 year experience as a Radiographer working in Cathlabs and/or Angio would be an added advantage. • Commercial sales experience or Product specialist of Imaging equipment, particularly for Interventional products is preferred. • Strong presentation skills, both internal and especially external with our customers • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills. • Excellent Interpersonal skills and working as part of a team. Open to learn and share ideas with team. • Knowledge of regional market place and dynamics. • Fluent in written and spoken English. • Business acumen and some financial knowledge. • Willingness and ability to travel significantly within Indonesia.
