Role Summary: Responsible for providing formal technical and clinical support during the sales process within a limited geographic region or limited pdt segment. Responsibilities may include providing the required pre-sale pdt demonstrations (or clinical trial support) as well as post-sale installation, training and/or customer service activities to support sales objectives. Responsibilities may also include ongoing post-sale customer support including on site clinical in-servicing and go-live support.
Essential Responsibilities: • Support the Product Segment Leaders, in-country Product Specialists and Channel Partner sales/clinical applications teams with training, clinical domain and product expertise; act as a clinical consultant • Customer engagement: engage and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs; assess and help resolve any clinical issues with existing customers; work with cross-functional teams and serve as integrator to address customer needs; proactively manage communications with customers, emphasizing training schedules, and follow-up • Assist as needed in pre-sales, installation and post-sales process: participate in customer visits; perform site demo and/or clinical trainings for key customers • Assist in clinical education talks in hospitals, shows, conferences and tradeshows • Assist in developing sales, marketing and customer materials; Assist in developing localized in-service training materials to suit country specific needs • Key opinion leader management both on country level and identifying potential regional-level KOLs • Assist in collecting competitive intelligence and report back to marketing; assist in planning and execution of marketing activities • Manage in-country and assist in managing channel partner demo inventory – tracking & replenishing in a timely manner. Ensure the demo the inventory is up to date with latest features.
Qualifications/Requirements: • Knowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare HIPPA Guidelines, and relevant Int’l Regulations, etc.) and operates within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken. • Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this position • Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System.
Desired Characteristics: 1. Above 5 years of clinical experience as a medical doctor with critical care or perioperative medicine exposure preferred; specialty training will be an advantage, or senior nursing staff with extensive ICU experience; previous work experience in a commercial (pharmaceutical or medical device) company will be an advantage 2. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook. 3. Effective time management and organizational skills and able to balance multiple priorities. 4. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written/communications skills; Superior English and public speaking skills as a speaker for international conferences 5. Demonstrated ability to work well with general direction and information
