2. Collect data on competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items , reports and presentations
Essential Responsibilities: Managers of people from multiple families within the function. Develops vision a important market on the level of a product line with a long term perspective. Leads business development planning processes for this market. Sophisticated products, product lines and systems requiring technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products or systems will be used. Products, product lines and systems are client specific and require customization. Coordinates sales teams involving engineering, legal, risk, finance etc. Department is involved in big sales. Intreprete data , formulate reports and make recommendations
4. To co-ordinate with Regional sales leaders(RSL) and customers directly to understand market and support(RSL) in regional sales plan
5.To lead Pre-acquisition activities of Steam Power Systems products w.r.t defining PQ for various bids considering various bidding entities and our qualification with respect to the same.
Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Sales - Functional Management.
Desired Characteristics: Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
