Role Summary:
FMP develops leadership and analytical skills through classroom training and key assignments. It includes rotation work across core finance domains : e.g. Supply chain, commercial, digital, financial planning and analysis, operational finance and Controllership.

This is not an open requisition, but a possibility to put in your candidacy for open roles in the future.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • As a member of the Financial Management Program you will experience various areas within the Finance function
  • This is a two-year financial leadership training program where program member will rotate every six months to a different assignment
  • Financial Management Program participants are expected to successfully complete required class work / training experiences
  • Complete assigned financial analysis during rotational assignment
  • Implement process improvements to increase organizational efficiency and effectiveness


    • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in one of the following disciplines is a must: Finance, Accounting, Business Studies Economics, Mathematics or Engineering
    • Advanced or Fluent in English any additional european language is a plus
    • Geographic mobility
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Unrestricted authorization to work in EU
    According to Austrian law job postings need to include the minimum salary for a position. For this position the minimum salary based on the collective agreement is EURO 1523 gross monthly. Please note that this is the very minimum salary and will most likely be higher. The effective salary is based on the candidate’s Qualification and Experience and will be negotiated accordingly.

    Desired Characteristics:

    • Prior intern, co-op, or work experience in a financial field is preferred
    • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
    • PC proficiency
