Role Summary:
Reporting to the Country Sales Director & Country Leader of Grid Solution Vietnam, the position’s major responsibilities and requirements are as follows:

Essential Responsibilities:
 Build strong, enduring relationships with key customers in Power Transmission & Distribution sector in southern Vietnam, especially: Southern Power Project Management Board, Power Transmission Company 4, Southern Power Corporation, Hochiminh Power Corporation, Power Engineering & Construction Companies 2, 3 & 4, in order to grow Grid solution businesses in southern Vietnam.
 Build strong, enduring relationships with key customers in industrial sector, such as Oils & Gas, Metal, Cement, Infrastructure, etc., in order to grow Grid solution businesses in industrial sector in southern Vietnam.
 Meet sales target & margin set by the company every year; Develop sales and marketing strategy; Monthly & quarterly sales & margin forecast, control sales performance in the south.
 Insure customer satisfaction on products & services provided by GE Grid solution.
 Provide market & industry information to the company in the areas of market data, competitor, regulatory environment, customers’strategies, etc.
 Build and grow sales channel partners for Grid solution’s products & services in southern Vietnam. Support channel partners in technical & commercial issues to better serve end-customers.
 Cooperate with different product lines of Grid solution as well as other GE’ business units (O&G, GPS, SPS, Renewable) to meet the common targets and increase customer satisfaction.

Qualifications/Requirements:
 Excellent customer relationships in utility and industry sector.
 Proven track record in sales and business development position
 Excellent marketing and selling skills. Ability to conduct market research, provide business recommendations internally within GE and to customer prospects.
 Previous successful in power transmission preferred.
 Great interpersonal skills
 Possess strong GE values
 Engineering and MBA degree preferred
 Fluency in English and Vietnamese
 Computer literacy
