Role Summary: Align QA engineering with operation business units for ongoing production QA improvements
Align QA engineering with operation business units for ongoing production QA improvements
Drive QA metrics and leading indicator metrics
Develop QA team members professionally and technically
Initiate and facilitate customer warranty claim investigations
Partner with product and special process engineers for productivity and product/process improvement projects
Foster or lead QA committee reviews with business units to lead/drive QA improvement
Develop and align QA organization with shop NPI projects and goals
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ideally in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering
Strong experience in a functional area that is supported by a Six Sigma, Quality or Engineering position
Strong leadership and demonstrated change management skills
Technical proficiency thru experience or education
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency both in English and Hungarian
Change agent with strong credibility and influence in the organization
Statistically literate, familiar with Six Sigma quality concepts and tools
Knowledge of manufacturing techniques and quality assurance/control requirements
