Role Summary: The Predix Developer Relations team fast-track global Predix adoption, by targeting developers, data scientists and controls engineers, and (1) innovating, incubating and scaling the developer community through programs / packaged tools; (2) enabling developers with content and tools; and (3) executing across online and in-person channels, GE externally / internally.
Reporting to the Predix Community Manager, the Support Intern will help implementing the community strategy, and managing engagement and interactivity with developer audiences.
In this role, you will:
Support community touches through the judicious use of system mass emails, community newsletters / blogs, technical social media platforms, and webinars.
Syndicate compelling content and manage a schedule of online events (webinars, google hangouts, …) for the community to engage with, and lead them into contributing their own high quality submissions
Monitor the growth of the developer community, and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of new initiatives
Qualifications / Requirements:
Actively pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or related field
Minimum Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or equivalent in experience
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job

Must be willing to work out of an office located in San Ramon, CA
Understanding of software development lifecycle (code, build, deploy, operate)
