Essential Responsibilities: 1. Generate weekly order forecasts and do deep-dive analysis for variance validation, and communicate with relevant functions for improvements. 2. Strategically push and monitor ITO progress from opportunity creation, margin approval, to order generation. 3. Facilitate sales weekly review and update order summary. 4. Periodically update payment collection status and follow-up. 5. Verify tender compliance terms regarding each bidding. 6. Drive SFDC adoption for enhanced visibility. 7. Further transactional data collection, analysis and reporting from multiple perspectives. 8. Handle MSA contract invoice application in EPOP system to ensure financial results. 9. Create Local catalogues in MYPRODUCT system 10. Support other commercial projects related to achieve business growth and improve productivity. 11. Build nice team atmosphere via good communication and regular mechanism.
Qualifications/Requirements: • Bachelor Degree or above • 3+ years related working experience is a must. • Excellent communication skill and analytical capability • Proficient at PC office software such as excel, word, PowerPoint etc. • Good English capability in both spoken and written.
