Role Summary: Responsible for activities related to the construction, building and commissioning on customer site, from site mobilization, through civil, erection and commissioning work, as well as management activities related to this scope.
Essential Responsibilities: Project Integration Management Take ownership on accountability for the civil EPC or consortium partner project. Take ownership on clarification of the civil project scope statement Take ownership on Civil Project Strategy development and updating Take ownership on Civil Change management. Project Scope Management Take ownership on clarification of the Civil building list based on WU / KKS codes. Take ownership on definition of the Civil technical scope (DoW, design scope…). Manage clarification of the Civil technical specifications / building works finishes. Manage preparation of Civil Principal Quantity Take-off Manage Civil Bill of Quantities (item definition, measurement rules…) Manage Punch list and remedial works to provisional acceptance.
Qualifications/Requirements: Civil Diploma or equivalent in Civil Engineering or Construction management with 10 years’ experience. 5 Years experience in Power generation industry
