Role Summary:
The APAC Pricing Manager will be responsible for managing the pricing programs for GEHC Services business in the region. Including Service contracts, on-demand (ODS) parts and labor pricing. The role is responsible for development and execution of pricing strategy for the region in line with the global pricing framework of GEHC Global services. This highly visible role will support the regional teams to maximize price realization and margin expansion for global services and the GEHC franchise.

Essential Responsibilities:
Including contracts, on-demand services parts sales – inclusive of prime, harvested/refurbished and repairable service parts. Pricing Manager will ensure execution of pricing actions to deliver business impact, leveraging common pricing tools and methodologies across Global Services. Pricing Manager will assist in the measurement, monitoring and reporting to ensure that execution of pricing actions deliver business impact for the region. This position works with cross-functional teams and other regions globally, as needed, to drive impactful results through pricing actions. This position will report solid line to the Global Services Pricing General Manager.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Develop and execute service pricing strategy in the EGM Region.
• Lead strategic pricing initiatives to improve price setting, price getting and price netting
• Apply value and market based pricing principles to set prices for new services contracts, new parts, harvested/refurbished and repairable parts.
• Work with service sales, product management, field marketing and operations to drive initiatives to maximize price realization and margin expansion
• Design, develop and deploy dashboards to monitor parts portfolio performance and drive pricing actions to improve profitability
• Work with finance and commercial operations to capture pricing impact on P&L, and create projections/forecasts for impact from future pricing actions.
• Lead comprehensive analyses of services business, accounting for the contracts and agreements, for margin efficiency and effectiveness. Make recommendations, as appropriate, to improve price performance and margin expansion
• Engage with Service parts marketing team on market & customer research to improve understanding of commercial trends, competitive landscape for contracts services and parts business and drive strategic and tactical actions.
• Work closely with Service marketing, operations and finance in designing and developing effective promotions strategy for service parts, and ensure post-audit for promotion effectiveness.
• Manage and reduce price leakage. Manage pricing engine and tools, price list administration, and create a linkage to supply chain by building standardized reporting for the region, create a rhythm around reporting reviews to drive actionable results
• Lead and assist, as appropriate, with pricing reviews with GEHC leadership, and facilitate services pricing forums and reviews.
• Work with equipment pricing team and business functions to drive franchise initiatives
• Support key stakeholders on ongoing/ad hoc pricing projects and requests
• Drive value based pricing, promote best practices sharing and assist other regions in scaling best practices, and instill pricing rigor in GEHC Services business.

Qualifications/Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Business, or related field
2. 10 years of experience in pricing, marketing, finance, product management, or a related field
3. Demonstrated skill to clearly assess financial impact of business actions, recommend and implement strategy
4. Proven stellar analytical, process, and project management skills
5. Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix environment
6. Successfully led cross-functional teams/projects
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
